Kalu Calls for Dedication, Love, Commitment as panacea for PDP growth
As the political atmosphere will soon begin to heat up towards 2023, especially with the most contested Anambra election around the corner, The National Coordinator of PDP Coalition, Chief Dr Emeka Kalu, has in his usual insistence reiterated the need for love and commitment as the only panacea to building a strong and veritable PDP that will be capable to face the tasks ahead, even as 2023 is expected to be a deciding moment for the future of our country.
Speaking to Pressmen in Anambra State where he spent the yelitude period, Chief Kalu insisted that what Anambra people needs, likewise all Nigerians, is leadership that will be anchored on providing succour to the plight of the masses, not some money-centered exercise that will only come to serve the desires of the elites while the masses continued to wallow in penury and abject poverty. This is a precedence we must collectively fight to overcome and PDP is the omly party laden with such responsibility as a progressive party.
According to him, “My commitment and dedication is as a result of my unquenchable love for the unity and growth of our great party, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
“I am totally committed to the vision of the founding fathers of our great party and I won’t rest until we reclaim power from the failed APC.
This was a sound pronouncement devoid of sentiments and an awakening call to PDP to remember that the masses still believe that only the most populous black party in the world can rescue them from the fiery claws of APC that has masterminded the awkward descend of the Nigeria state from Giant of Africa to a sleeping lion within a space of 6 years with not hope in sight.
