Member Representing Awka North/South Federal Constituency of Anambra State in the House of Representatives, Prof. Lilian Orogbu has distributed vehicles, shuttle buses tricycles, motorcycles and generating sets to members of her constituency.
The beneficiaries drawn from various communities across the constituency also received freezers, scholarship grants and other items from the lawmaker’s largesse.
Speaking during the empowerment programme, Orogbu described the initiative as key aspect of effective representation designed to appreciate constituents and party members who contributed to her electoral victory in the 2023 elections.
She disclosed that a second phase of the programme would take place in November, appealing to those not captured to exercise patience.
