I’ll Emulate the ‘Anambra Miracle’ if Elected President in 2023 – Obi

A presidential aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former Governor of Anambra State, Mr  Peter Obi, has declared that Nigerians can no longer leave in mutual scepticism of one another.

He promised that if elected president next year, he would reenact the ‘Anambra Miracle’.

The former governor, who made this known while inaugurating Peter Obi Support Network, (POSN) National and Zonal Coordinators in Abuja amidst fun fare, added that the country can’t move forward when there is no trust among the citizens.

Obi, also a business mogul, who preached love among Nigerians at the Inauguration, said Nigeria must begin to create wealth in order to come out of poverty.

Recalling his exploits as the Governor of Anambra, the presidential aspirant said that he took the state from number 26 to number one in education and provided good health care in the state.

He said, “we can’t continue to leave in mutual suspicions of each other in this country, we must love each other, we must build a country where everybody is treated fairly, equally and Justly.

“There is nothing to share again, let’s start taking people out of poverty, once you can take people out of poverty, you can go home and rest.

“I am pleading with you people to continue to work, you are not only working for Peter Obi, but for the betterment of the nation.

“When I was campaigning to become governor of Anambra, I promised them that when I am become the governor, there will be difference; Anambra was number 26 in the country in Education, but I took the state to number one position; I built quality health care for the people of the state when I was the governor.”

After his remarks, the former governor inaugurated the Support Network group for his presidential aspiration to take the message to all the nooks and crannies of Nigeria.
