IED Explosion Kills 6 in Imo Market
An IED blast at Eke Ubaheze Market in Awo-Idemili, Imo State, killed six people and injured several others. The explosion occurred after a woman, Ngozi Umeh, unknowingly stepped on the device.
Police suspect IPOB/ESN involvement and have launched a full investigation. The area has been secured, and normal activities have resumed under tight security.
