GTBank Loses Appeal to Reclaim Abiola Son’s Ikoyi Mansion
The Court of Appeal has overturned a 2014 ruling allowing GTBank to seize a N30bn Ikoyi mansion belonging to Agboola Abiola, son of the late MKO Abiola. The court cited forgery claims and flaws in the mortgage document, ruling the foreclosure invalid.
