Fire Engulfs Fuel Terminal in Lagos

A fire has broken out at the Bono Energy Terminal located along the Apapa Oworonshoki Expressway near Coconut in the Olodi Apapa area of Lagos State.

The incident, which occurred on Friday afternoon, prompted an immediate response from the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service. Firefighters were swiftly deployed to the scene and are working to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading to nearby facilities.

The emergency response agency confirmed that efforts to bring the situation under control are ongoing. However, the cause of the fire has not yet been determined, while the extent of damage to the facility remains unclear.
