Federal Govt hands over toilets, boreholes to Nibo community

The Federal Ministry of Water Resources on Thursday commissioned and handed over two sets of Standard Public Toilets with solar powered boreholes to Nibo community.
The two facilities are located at Nibo Civic Center and Nneoma Community Secondary School, Nibo.
The commissioning and handover were done through the contractor of project, Destiny Star Company Limited, Abuja with Chief Chinedu Obiekwe, Omemma Nibo as Managing Director/CEO.
The facilities which were attracted by Chief Chinedu Obiekwe, Omemma Nibo are modern toilet facilities for all genders and also solar powered boreholes for provision of water supply to the general public.
The facilities were officially handed over to the President General of Nibo Town Union, Engr Chief Sir Dr Innocent Igwedima Akuvue, Ochudo Nibo ably represented by the Secretary General, Comrade Chigbo Nwufo.
At Nneoma Community Secondary School, Nibo the facilities were immediately handed over to the Principal of the school, Mrs. Gloria Obeleagu.
Responding on behalf of the President General of Nibo Town Union, Comrade Chigbo Nwufo thanked the Federal Ministry of Water Resources for choosing Nibo Community as one of the beneficiaries of the project, which is one of the Federal Government initiatives to control and checkmate COVID-19 spread. He further poured encomiums on Chief Chinedu Obiekwe, Omemma Nibo for attracting such projects to Nibo community. And pray GOD to bless him the more.
While giving God all the glory, Nibo Union promised to take maximum care of the facilities.
