The FBI and DEA have requested a 90-day extension from a U.S. District Court to release documents related to a decades-old drug investigation allegedly involving President Bola Tinubu.

The request follows FOIA filings by U.S. transparency advocate Aaron Greenspan, who opposes the delay, citing years of stalled disclosures. The agencies say searches are underway and expect to conclude within 90 days.
