CBN Cuts Annual Loss by 41.3% to ₦680.62bn
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) reported a 41.3% year-on-year drop in its loss, down to ₦680.62 billion in 2024 from ₦1.16 trillion in 2023, according to its latest financial statement.
The CBN noted that the results comply with IFRS standards and Nigerian financial reporting guidelines, and affirmed its continued operational viability for the next 12 months.
