EFCC Chairman Clears Pastor Jerry Eze After Six-Month Probe, Calls Him “A Righteous Man”

At the empowerment programme organised by the popular Pastor Jerry Eze today 29th April, the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ola Olukayode, has revealed how he initiated a six-month investigation into the financial activities of pastor Jerry Eze but found no evidence of money laundering or financial misconduct.

Olukayode disclosed that despite thorough scrutiny, the anti-graft agency did not uncover any illegal financial dealings linked to the cleric.

He further described Pastor Jerry Eze as a “Righteous Man” noting that he is one of the individuals in Nigeria with integrity, that his exemplary conduct deserve recognition and commendation.
