Ecobank Staff Jailed for N2.4m Cybercrime in Lagos
A Federal High Court in Lagos has sentenced Ecobank staff Solomon Stephen Ufayo to one year in prison for cyber fraud involving N2.4 million. Ufayo, who impersonated a customer to make false deposits and withdrawals, pleaded guilty. He was also fined N500,000 and ordered to perform two weeks of community service.
