Easter: EEDC vows prompt repair of electrical faults, steady supply of electricity

The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) has assured the public of prompt repairs of electrical faults and seamless power supply during the Easter in the South-East.

The EEDC’s Head of Corporate Communications, Mr Emeka Ezeh, gave the assurance in an Easter message in Enugu on Friday.

Ezeh assured the people of the preparedness of the organisation’s technical team to attend to any fault that might occur during the period.

“Customers are equally encouraged to make use of the convenient, easy and safe electronic payment channel “EnergyPay” to recharge their meters and pay their bills during the holiday period.

“For those that might want to report faults, lodge complaints or make enquiries, they are encouraged to use the 24/7 Call Centre, email and social media platforms to do so.
