As Christians worldwide commemorate Maundy Thursday, Dr. Alex Obiogbolu, a senatorial candidate, has urged leaders to reflect on the true meaning of leadership as exemplified by Jesus Christ.

In his message, Obiogbolu emphasized the importance of humility and service, citing Christ’s act of washing His disciples’ feet as a powerful lesson for leaders.

Obiogbolu noted that Maundy Thursday is a reminder of the values that should guide society, including selflessness, compassion, and a willingness to serve others.

He stressed that leaders should emulate Christ’s example by prioritizing service to others over personal gain.

Reaffirming his own ambition to represent Anambra North Senatorial Zone in the Senate, Obiogbolu stated that his vision is driven by a commitment to selfless leadership and people-centered policies.
