Chief Frank Onyeka Egwuonwu Hosts Thanksgiving and Baptism Celebration in Isuaniocha*
Following the church service, a thanksgiving reception was held at Chief Frank Onyeka’s residence along the Isuaniocha–Achalla Expressway, where guests were treated to uplifting live music, delicious meals, and a joyful atmosphere of celebration and praise.
On January 4th, 2026, the family of Chief Frank Onyeka Egwuonwu gathered at St. Patrick’s Anglican Church, Isuaniocha, for a deeply moving thanksgiving service in honor of God’s divine protection following Chief Frank’s survival of a ghastly motor accident.
Surrounded by friends, relatives, and well-wishers, the Egwuonwu family offered heartfelt thanks to God for His mercy and deliverance. The occasion was made even more memorable by the Christian baptism of Chief Frank’s son, Frankline Onyeka Ebubedike, who was formally welcomed into the body of Christ through the sacred rite of water and Spirit baptism.
Delivering the sermon, Rev. Basil Nwabichili, the presiding priest of St. Patrick’s Anglican Church, charged the congregation to place unwavering trust in God, emphasizing His power to shield and preserve those who believe in Him from life’s dangers and misfortunes. He further encouraged the faithful to live out their belief through actions that reflect genuine faith and devotion.
To reinforce his message, Rev. Nwabichili referenced Matthew Chapter 2, recounting King Herod’s plot to kill the infant Jesus and how divine intervention led to the child’s miraculous escape—an illustration of God’s enduring protection over His own.
