Queen Ekpereamaka Ibeh, The 7th Ada Anaocha 2024 has hailed mothers on the occasion of Mothers Sunday. The Queen was quick to add that mothers are Olympic Gold Medallists in the promotion of family values and world peace.
She noted that no matter the sutiation of things, mothers always sacrifice their personal pleasure and comfort for the good of the children and family, insisting that nothing can equate mothers contribution to family, state and national development.
The Queen commended mothers for always setting the pace in their chosen professions even as she implored them to stand up against widow maltreatment and other heinous crimes against women.
As contained in her message, the Queen rounded off by prompting women of all ages, irrespective of race and religion to deploy their numerical strength into political advantage for the attainment of Gender Equality, long clamoured.
