Breaking: INEC okays resumption of political campaigns

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has said political parties and candidates can resume political campaigns.
in a statement by INEC’s National Commissioner and Chairman of the commission’s Information and Voter Education Committee, Mr Festus Okoye, INEC said all campaigns must end by Thursday, 21, 2019.
Recall that the electoral body had postponed the Presidential and National Assembly election from February 16 to February 23.
