Renowned billionaire businessman and philanthropist, Arthur Eze, has been named Grand Patron of Relax Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria (RTIFN), a pro-administration movement advocating support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The honour was conferred during a high-level courtesy visit by the National Executive Committee of RTIFN to Eze at his residence in Abuja on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

The delegation was led by the South-East Zonal Coordinator of the group, Johnbosco Onunkwo, alongside the Director-General, Mohammed Bala, and other senior officials of the organisation.

The conferment, according to the group, was in recognition of Eze’s longstanding contributions to national development, his advocacy for unity, and his consistent support for progressive leadership.

Speaking after accepting the role, Eze expressed appreciation to the leadership of RTIFN, noting that the administration of President Tinubu requires the backing of well-meaning Nigerians to consolidate its policies and programmes.

In a major highlight of the visit, the oil magnate pledged a cash donation of $250,000 to support the group’s national engagements ahead of the 2027 general elections. He also donated a Mercedes-Benz 18-seater special bus, valued at over ₦150 million, to enhance the movement’s operational and mobilisation capacity across the country.

Members of the delegation described the gesture as a significant boost to the organisation’s activities, noting that it reflects growing confidence in both the movement and the Tinubu administration.
