APGA’s Inunibini :….. Like Ezenagu, like Okafor

I am not Yoruba. I don’t even know much about her language, but I learnt a new word today reading Bashorun Segun Sanni, Afenifere Chief Economic Adviser while chiding his people on their myopic support for Tinubu against youthful Peter Obi. The new word is “Inunibini” which according to him means hatred or envy of unimaginable proportions.

He enumerated the alliance between Ndigbo and Yoruba people since 1963 to the extent an Igbo, Sam Ikoku who not only humiliated his father in an election followed Awolowo to jail for treasonable felony. I didn’t know Chief Philip Umeadi was Awolowo’s running mate in 1979 Presidential Election. Bashorun Segun enlightened me.

Let me not write about His Excellency, Mr Peter Obi ,former Governor of Anambra state under the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, and Labour party presidential candidate in the 2022 general election. He rose from an Igbo dominated formidable party APGA like that formidable alliance then between Ndigbo and Yoruba peoole was called United Progressive Grand Alliance, UPGA. The same way Ndigbo against marginalization and deprivation formed All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA to take over leadership at all levels starting from the South-East, Anambra particularly.

Before Senator Victor Umeh handed over to High Chief Victor Oye, I saw hope in APGA. I wanted to contest and win under APGA. As a former female student leader , I was horning my ambition to contest with minimal resources but ‘choir master and Bible scholar’ APGA has as a national Chairman made it impossible in cohort of some ‘cash and carry’ politicians.

I read so many nasty things in the media about High Chief Victor Oye particularly during Imo state Governorship Election Primaries under him. Hon Chinedu Obidigwe , member representing Anambra East and West in the National Assembly was mentioned too. I foreclosed my ambition because I lack sponsorship in that magnitude of insincerity and brazen extortion ongoing in APGA. I witnessed it firsthand.

I witnessed the manipulation of the highest order during the last APGA primary elections. I saw party leaders in an open partisanship not minding whose ox is gored. I doubt APGA survived the expected implosion as people pretended nothing happened. They have all moved on but not all. The time bomb is ticking. Soludo, our Governor is unaware or pretends to, awaiting his own knockout on the failed party leadership at all levels.

Let me say that, Hon Nnamdi Okafor of Awka South one constituency couldn’t stomach it anymore despite the smiling facade. He pretended all was well and left to South Africa with his colleagues amidst High Blood Pressure lingering from the outcome of the Election. He was promised ticket of the party. Others claimed they were promised too. When they mention amounts spent on this promises , I concluded some politicians are foolish. In their midst , that money can transform thousands of lives and homes, yet they pretended.

I listened to the story of Godwin Maduka, he even paid announcement himself to declare how he was duped. I heard Godwin Ezeemo’s double tragedy and so many more wealthy people who can’t pay their bills anymore, just because they participated in Anambra state Election. There is our brother in Obizi from Nise , they do much raped in PDP that his family nearly collapsed. A millionaire was suddenly turned a pauper for participating in politics. So many none politicians have been rendered useless and penny less for engaging in politics to contest an election. Heartless politicians will suck him or her dry, yet moved on as if nothing happens. I don’t know where to place Ide Umuawulu , High Chief Dr Azubuike Ekweozor for now, I am watching him closely. Though, he has shown class by gifting about 5 vehicles to the electorates as he promised during his aspiration even when he fought the billionaires in Obizi , who ganged up against him. He won show of strength as APGA best candidate, but lost the crown sequel to the highest level of inunibini by some billionaires who wondered why he should have so much money like them, and still seek for political power. My mother tells me that wealth attracts unimaginable envy and hatred. Ununibini!

So many who contested last Primary election in Anambra state are dead but still walking. They spent their fortunes in a manipulative scheming by politicians without jobs.

Who killed Hon Nnamdi Okafor? Whatever killed him couldn’t have if APGA ticket was given to him as was promised? Okafor died the same way , Chief Godson Ezenagu, Ochendo Mgbakwu died unsung after spending almost a billion to ensure he secures APGA House of Representatives ticket for Awka North and South Federal constituency. He turned down that of the PDP given to him on a platter , having spent fortunes on APGA assured ticket. When he lost the ticket, he pretended all was well but gave up shortly after burying his late mum. Awka North lost a billionaire of all standards.

After reviewing Oye’s trending statement on the death of Hon Okafor , Majority Leader at that , Awka’s polished politician though Macviellian, I concluded Oye isn’t human. He is half man, half Spirit. Probably, nothing shakes him even asking candidates to donate to his son’s musical album as national Chairman of APGA was easy in his mouth at the mango tree. He cared less. He allegedly promised many tickets, to the extent those who saw his words as finality were shocked and may never come out of the shock and shame, simply because Oye couldn’t fulfill his promises. If he isn’t more than Oye, the kind of allegations, accusations and curses he received in the last three years is enough to sniff life out of him. Don’t you think some must have done more than cursing him, yet nothing shakes him. He rather sings one of the local church songs to your admiration and quotes the Bible justifying his leadership styles.

I shall return to this but for now , let me look at Obizi House of Assembly aspirants, that’s Awka South constituency B or 2.
My dear Aspirants in Obizi I advise you to disregard all these fake endorsements you are getting from likes of Obizi Ekunie and Co, and take your preaching for votes to the grassroots. Meet the people. Win their support and solidarity. Win or loose, you have done your best. Waste the resources on the people of you must, not an amorphous group milking everyone in the name of endorsement, yet have a candidate. Is it not partisan? Should it be so? I will tell you my experience with one of the groups and how they killed the group before the right thinking citizens of Obizi.

A none partisan group should have done differently but any group that is partisan but hiding it to milk other Aspirants operates under the umbrella of who pays the piper dictates the tune. Asutakwamia!!🤪🤪 The last concluded Party primaries thought me so😂😂. I shall return tomorrow.
