APC, Most favoured Party to govern Anambra – Hon Ken Igbo

An Abuja based Chieftain of All Progressive Congress, Hon Ken Igbo has said that the national ruling party, is the most favoured among other parties contesting for Anambra election to rule the state.

Hon Igbo stated this in a chat with Odogwu Media Communications, publishers of www.odogwublog.com shortly after a meeting of APC Ambassadors stakeholders’ meeting, stating that Anambra state had lacked the federal presence which other APC ruled states had benefited.

Hon Igbo who is a patron of the APC Ambassadors Forum, said that the state had lacked enormously because it does not have the federal might, stating that states ruled by opposition parties to the federal party is considered unfavourable states at the Federal level.

Hon Igbo stated that it is time Anambra give a chance to the ruling party to turnaround the sufferings of the state to attract federal presence in the state.

He also affirmed that the APC Ambassadors forum has created a roadmap to actualize the ambition of the party in Anambra state.

He sa: “we want to secure the state so that federal might will come in and we have covered a lot of grounds at the grassroots remaining about 20-25 percents which we are sure to cover before the election.”

” APC Ambassadors forum is 70% sure of victory in the election irrespective of the candidate that emerges after the primaries. The party should ensure that they elect credible candidate whose antecedents will inspire and motivate electorates to chose APC, as negligence and mischief are the things that pull candidates down.

He said APC Ambassadors aims to cover up the whole of Anambra state to ensure that the party brings out the best candidate during the primaries that will fly and give the party easy road to victory. “the party leaders should ensure that the party field a salable candidate to give the party an advantage in the election.”

He urged the APC National Caretaker committee led by Gov. Mai Mala Buni,  to ensure free, fair and credible primary election to bring out somebody who has the muscle to win at least 18 local governments out of the 21 local government in the state.
