As voters in Anambra State await this week Saturday’s State Assembly election as the state is one of the few states where the governorship election will not hold, Ogbuefi Willie Okafor the President General of Nkwelle Ezunaka Community Oyi LGA has urged the state voters to vote for Gov. Soludo party APGA to enable the party to control the majority in the Assembly to give maximum support to Gov. Soludo to serve the state better positing that the state citizens should not make the mistake of voting a house of assembly that will be antagonistic to the state governor as this might affect the development strides of the state which the governor has already set in motion.

Making this appeal to the state voters while speaking to newsmen on the Saturday election in his house at Nkwelle-Ezunaka last Monday, Ogbuefi Okafor while telling voters in the state that a bird in hand is worth more in the bush appealed to them to bear it in mind that it is better for them to vote in legislators from the Governor’s party APGA so that there will be synergy of purpose which will further give the governor boost to execute his laudable programmes he had lined up for the state.

Said he, “am calling Anambra Voters to please not to make the mistake of voting for another political party to have majority in the state assembly so as to avoid the mistake of getting an antagonistic and meddlesome assembly which will adversely affect the state development, they should know that they elected Gov. Soludo unanimously and there is the need to give him necessary support to excel”.
