ADC Slams Akpabio: Electoral Act Favors APC, Tinubu
The African Democratic Congress (ADC) condemned Senate President Godswill Akpabio, saying his claim of being pleased when opposition opposes laws exposes the 2026 Electoral Act as designed to favor the ruling APC and President Bola Tinubu.
ADC criticized provisions weakening opposition and removing certificate forgery as grounds to challenge elections.
