Abia Warriors appoints Imama Amapakabo as new Coach

Former Super Eagles assistant coach Imama Amapakabo has been appointed as the new coach of Nigeria Professional Football League side Abia Warriors.

Reports circulating the media on Thursday had it that the former Rangers International of Enugu gaffer reached an agreement with the club and will be presented to the media in the next few days.

“Abia Warriors and Coach Imama Amapakabo agree on terms as new head coach ahead of the new season,” according to reports.

Imama Amapakabo guided Enugu Rangers to the Nigeria Professional Football League triumph in 2016 but was sacked a few months later following their dismal title defense.
