Today, my tears are tears of joy!

Prince Chukwudi Oli Esq. has lived up to his word to the vulnerable communities and to the Sickle Cell Orphanage and Underprivileged Home, Agulu!

All 28 children are back to school and all fees paid to the last kobo!

But Prince Oli did not just pay fees. He broke a several-years jinx.

He understood the need to protect our children who are 12 years and above by placing them in boarding school, due to lack of space at home and to protect them from breaking down repeatedly without adequate care in their various families facing economic hardship. He gave them safety, dignity, and peace.

Prince Chukwudi Oli, trained in the foremost and respected University of Nigeria, Nsukka, truly lives by the beautiful slogan of his alma mater: “To Restore the Dignity of Man” – especially through serving humanity as he continues to do till date.

How can the children forget such a beautiful lifetime opportunity and experience of having a caring father figure and a divinely sent caregiver? They will never ever forget such rare kindness. They will grow up to replicate this kind of love and kindness to society, thereby making the world a better place for the unborn generation.

Prince Oli came from a Christian home with perfect discipline and good grooming, which is the reason for his selfless behaviour towards members of society, especially vulnerable communities. This appears to be his personal religion – to change the narrative of leadership and public service.

As a mother to this home, I feel personally relieved. I often break down before the beginning of every academic session due to the intense pressure of giving every child an equal opportunity to have quality education and the mental therapy of not feeling broken as a result of a medical condition which have already taken a painful toll psychology and mental health due to their special needs.

I wish all my kids a successful term and pray for God’s blessings, guidance, protection and good health for our intentional father, Prince Chukwudi Oli Esq.

I urge all leaders in the country, especially in our beloved Anambra State, to borrow a leaf from this rare kind gesture. Purposeful leadership without serving humanity, especially children with special needs, is certainly not justified and definitely not true leadership. A leader with character like Prince Chukwudi Oli always keeps to his word without seasonal charity attached to a political timetable.
