WHEN TO DRINK WATER

Many people say they don’t want to drink before bed so they don’t have to get up at night to use the bathroom.
I didn’t know all of this. Interesting… .. I asked my cardiologist why people have to urinate so much at night.

His answer was: When you are standing or sitting, the force of gravity holds water in your lower body.
This is the reason why the legs can swell.

When you are lying down, the lower part of your body seeks a balance with the kidneys.
So the kidneys remove the water together with the waste because then it’s easier.

Water is essential for removing waste from your body.
I asked the cardiologist when is the best time to drink water.

He replied: Drinking water at specific times to Maximize efficiency in the body.

-2 glasses of water right after waking up activates internal organs.

-1 glass of water 30 minutes before each meal improves digestion.

-1 glass of water before taking a bath (or shower) lowers blood pressure.

-1 glass of water before going to bed, prevents a stroke or heart attack.

Drinking water before going to bed helps prevent leg cramps at night.

-Your leg muscles, when there are cramps, are particularly in search of water and humidity.
