‘88 council workers fail promotion exam’
Eighty- eight local government workers in Nasarawa State failed their promotion exam, Chairman of the Local Government Commission Sani Bawa has said.
Bawa, who addressed reporters in Lafia, explained that of the 701 workers who sat for the exam, 41 got distinction, 131 had credit, 185 passed with merit, 249 has passes, 88 failed while seven absconded.
The chairman noted that no promotion exercise had been conducted in the last 14 years.
