2023: I will offer quality representation to my people, compliment the efforts of my predecessor – Ebuka Igwe

An All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, candidate vying to represent Idemili South local government area at the Anambra State House of Assembly, Ebuka Igwe has assured people of his constituency quality representation if he wins in the forthcoming 2023 general election.

Igwe, who is a lawyer gave the assurance while fielding questions from journalists in Onitsha, Anambra State. He explained that his major purpose of jostling for the Assembly seat was to offer quality representation to his constituency and as well assist them to express their demands from the state government.

“I believe that my people is strongly behind me, that is why I clinched the ticket for House of Assembly under the platform of APGA as their candidate. My antecedent  when I was in the government and my  relationship with my people showned that I will scale through.

“As you know, Anambra State is APGA party and people believe so much in the government of His Excellency Professor Charles Soludo. They do everything possible to support him in all that he is doing in the State, Idemili South would not left out.

“So, Idemili South is also lending their voice to good governance and by so doing, they will support Soludo by sending APGA candidates to be in the House of Assembly so that they will help the Governor in making laws for the good of the state.”

Noting that the election is not do or die affairs, the legal luminary said he is not a desperate politician.

“I don’t believe in the theory of politics as a do or die affair. Somebody must win and somebody must lose. Everybody must not be declared winner of the election. If you loose, you show  spirit of sportsmanship and congratulate the winner.”

He equally added that his going to House of Assembly would be more of government of incluciviness and to compliment the efforts of his predicessor, Barrister Chuka Ezenwunne

“I believed so much in quality representation. I am not going there as a person. I am going there to represent my people. What I can assure Anambra people in general and my constituency, Idemili South, in particular is that we will be there for them. It will be an open door policy for everyone, where ideas will be also get across to the Governor to listen to the plight of my people” He stated!
