2023: APGA candidate issues message of hope, inaugurates wards in Ogbaru

Ahead of the 2023 general election, All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) House of Assembly Candidate for Ogbaru Constituency 2, Hon. Emmanuel Uzonwanne Chinna, has issued his people a message of hope and positive change in the future.

The candidate’s message came when he visited different political wards in his Ogbaru constituency and inaugurated Ichaka Ogbaru campaign team in Atani, ward 1 and 2, respectively.

Addressing his teeming supporters, Chinna reminded the people the need to vote APGA Party which he said is the only party capable to bringing positive change to Ogbaru.

Reiterating his resolve and capability to transform his constituency if voted for, the Candidate said: “My message of hope and positive change cannot be invain. I know what I can do. Some of you who knows me can testify that I am not the type that boast of what I can not do.

“What I ask God is to give me the opportunity to represent my People at State House of Assembly and as well grant my brother, Hon. Arinzechukwu Awogu, opportunity to clinch seat of Federal House of Representatives at Abuja. I assure you people that if Awogu passes ball to me from Abuja, I must definitely score a goal  because Ogbaru can not remain in this ugly situation.” 

Ichaka who expressed regret at the  constant use and dump political system in Ogbaru, argued: “What will it take to move motion and sponsor bill in the State Assembly or Federal House to attract roads, electricity and several amenities to Ogbaru? or Why the  Representatives cannot bring out substantial amounts of money to empower the youths and adults to leave gainful life?

“At least, if by sponsoring 10 persons outside the country in each families in Ogbaru, within four years, poverty would be a thing of the past in Ogbaru.  

“We have rolled out programs for skills acquisition where our people would be training in various handiwork of which after training, we set up shops and equipment based on what one specialize. What I preach is what I know,  what I will do and what I practice,” said Ichaka Ogbaru.

Meanwhile, APGA candidate contesting for Ogbaru Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Sir. Arinzechukwu Awogu, in his comment, slammed those who have represented Ogbaru beyond two tenures and still contesting.

“There is law of diminishing return, when you overstay on the stage, your worth will start dwindling because there is no more drive, and there is no more things you look up for,” Awogu said.
