The First YESS Anambra Indoor Sports Contest, 2020, was a huge success

The presence of Anambra Youths across the 21 LGAs was massive and the once quiet Bishop Obiefuna Retreat centre was livened by the beehive of activities that followed the opening games of the contest.

Speaking to participants, the Convener of YESS Anambra, Dr Nelson Omenugha, welcomed everyone to the event. Briefly, he enumerated the mandate of YESS, reiterating the resolve of Anambra youth for a New Dimension to a Greater Anambra.

He assured guests and participants that Sports remains an integral part of the Soludo Project. “I am delighted to announce to you that Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo is a sports Enthusiast, and has great regard for young people in the sporting business”. He stated.
