Woman cooks, eats parts of his son’s head after killing him

A 29-year-old woman, Hanaa, reportedly murdered her five-year-old son, Youssef, with a machete at their residence in Egypt before boiling and consuming parts of his head.

The woman has been apprehended by the police after her son’s uncle discovered the boy’s body parts in buckets at the family house, Daily Mail reports.

It was reported that she admitted to the police she had eaten part of her son’s head because she “wanted him to stay with her together”.

The woman also told authorities she cooked her son’s head and other parts of his flesh on the stove in boiling water before eating them.

Consequent to her arrest, the woman claimed she suffered from a mental illness and had no plan to kill her son.

Hanaa and her son had been living alone following her divorce from her husband.

According to the report, her ex-husband was prevented from seeing his son because of the horrific condition when he arrived at the police station.
