Varsity On The Niger Teaching Hospital matriculates 500 pioneer students

The University on the Niger Teaching Hospital, Iyienu Ogidi has administered oath of matriculation on about 500 Students from five schools of the university, for the 2023/2024 academic session.

The schools that carried out their matriculation include, the school of Health Information Management, School of Pharmacy Technician, School of Dental Health Science, School of Medical Laboratory and School of Community Health Department.

Congratulating the matriculants, the Special Assistant to Governor Charles Soludo on Security Matters and Homelands Affairs, Hon Ezenduka Chike Samuel congratulated the matriculants for being accepted by the school management, urging them to carve a niche for themselves with the opportunity before them by being studious.

He said that the students came blank and plain and that the institution was ready to train them and impart necessary knowledge and skills in them.

Hon Samuel appreciated the school Management for their immense contributions to the society through the provision of the institution capable of producing positive society changers which he said is inline with Prof Soludo Governor’s mantra.

In a special way, he thanked the Bishop on the Niger, Bishop Owen Nwokolo and his wife for maintaining the dignity of the school.
