Us Election: What Would Happen Over Electors In Dec 1, And Jan, Of 6th.

By Rowlandgate.

This may be a bit of a shocker to many out there who have been brainwashed, but contrary to media manipulation, Vice President Joe Biden has no won the U.S. Presidential Election. Right now, neither Biden nor Trump has won that election.

It is interesting to note that the ignorance of the Democrats, the unhinged ignorance of the media who support them, the ignorance and malice of the Biden supporters are once again on full display, as they try to fool the American people by making them feel and think that the election has been decided.

However, in the actual sense, this is not a matter of opinion, as there are processes in the United States of America, defined by the Constitution and by State Law, as to how a president gets elected.

So let me take you through the core nuances of what is currently at play. If you are hearing media reports that Biden has worn the election, you would hear the word “Projected” to win. You know what that is, it is an “OPINION”; It is not the winning of the election.

– First, the media; neither in state law, federal law, nor in the Constitution of the United States of America; has ABSOLUTELY no role in declaring the winner of the presidential election.

– Secondly, the winner of the presidential election in the United States of America is declared at 1 PM in a Joint Session of the United States Congress; The House and the Senate; on Wednesday, January 6th, 2021.

Us Election: What Would Happen Over Electors In Dec 1, And Jan, Of 6th.

It is on this day that the Joint Session of the U.S. Congress receives the Certificate of Vote, which are the Certificates from each State, where on December 14th, the Electors of the Electoral College, each meet in separate sessions to cast their votes for President.

So it’s only when the electors vote on December 14th, send in a Certificate of Vote, and then a Joint Session of Congress is held on January 6th, 2021, and the votes are read, and ONLY then will a winner be declared. So there is a lot to happen between now and then and the electors haven’t even voted yet.

The thing that most people don’t know is that in the U.S., it is not the people that ‘vote’ for the president, rather, it is the electors that does that. When you go to the voting booth to choose your choice for President, what you are actually doing is that you are choosing your electors from your state.

Another interesting thing about the process of electing the president of the United States of America is that the various states have their deadlines for the Certification of Ascertainment, simply put, The Official Declaration of Who Won The Presidential Vote In That State.

Now, in some states the margin can be so lopsided in one or another direction, such that they can declare it and certify it pretty quickly, but there are a lot of states where the margin is very slim, and in particular, there are several disputed states right now where the margin is very thin and where voting counts are still being tallied.

Do this is the point, when you hear media celebrating Biden, you need to pay attention to the words they are using, and that is ‘Projected Winner’, and that is simply an educated guess at best.

On the contrary, the word that you should be looking to hear is “Certified”. Did the state certify the election? If the state did not certify the election, then friends it is not decided!

There are still hundreds of thousands of ballots that remain to be counted and are being counted in states where the margin is razor-thin, so the states cannot possibly certify the results yet.

So, with all the hundreds of thousands of ballots yet to be counted, the different campaigns can have different opinions about which directions that they think that these ballots are going to turn out, but they don’t know until they are actually counted, and that simply means that the states can’t actually certify any results just yet.

Moreover, either at the request of the campaign, or according to state law, if the margin of difference is within a slim of margin, States or campaigns can request for a recount, a quick example being that the state of Georgia is definitely going to have a recount, and Pennsylvania may also have a recount.

So the point is this friends, all you are hearing from the media right now is wishful thinking; it is their opinion, it is the opinion of the Biden campaign; of course they want to think that they won.

So the media should take a chill pill until EVERY legal vote is counted; we don’t know the winner of the presidential election just yet.

The ballots are still being counted, and if the ballots are challenged; as there are many of such, as besides having slim margins, there are also evidences of impropriety, and these are being investigated, with the courts getting involved with the legal challenges; then everyone should simply hedge their bets and wait for the entire process to run its course.

In a nutshell;

The States have to certify the election latest by December 8th, 2020, and send to the Federal Government.

On December 14th, 2020, the electors would meet; each in their own state; to cast their votes for the president of the United States of America.

On January 6th, 2021, at 1PM, a Joint Session of the U.S. Congress would meet, hear the votes of the electors and only then would the winner of the presidential election be officially announced. Odogwublog.com

This is a contested election, so let all wait till the entire process is wrapped up. There is no doubt that the various parties would be pulling from different directions, but considering the fact that both the world and the United States are all in a very volatile state, every single person should calm down and allow things; including litigations; to be fully explored.
