UNIZIK Hostels wear new look

In line with the Vice -Chanellor, Prof Charles Esimone’s project 200, the management of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka has began reformation works at student hostels.

A student of the school ( name withheld) said “On Sunday the 25th day of July 2021, a lorry filled with bed springs and its parts arrived the school and distributed amongst the students all the equipments they need in order to setup a double-set mattress bed popularly known as Bunk.

“The school authorities also provided the students with both capable hands and welders to help set the newly acquired beds.

He said the school also embarked on repainting of the hostels, particularly the external part of the building and that “the environment has always maintained it’s neatness internally and externally, all thanks to the hostel cleaners. From the look of things the project 200 will be achieved before the stipulated time.”
