Frank Lampard has been in hot chase for the the Bayer Leverkusen young star Kai Havertz after the signing of Ajax player Hakim Ziyech and RB lepzeige player Timo Werner have been completed.
The Blues could be set to act after Kai Havertz asked Bayer Leverkusen to approve his sale this summer as reported by the German outlet Bild.
And according to report Chelsea FC are prepared to pay Bayer Leverkusen’s €100m asking price for Kai Havertz, but will reach agreement to breaking it up into instalments.
