The Faculty of Physical Sciences, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka presents the 9th Faculty Annual Lecture Series titled “The Implications of a Chemical Product and Its Waste “

This topic is timely and topical as our environment is in dire need of a lasting solution to numerous environmental pollution issues that have affected the health of humans, animals, and plants.

Date is Thursday 29th July, 2021
Time is 12pm and
The venue is Nnamdi Azikiwe University Auditorium

This all important Lecture will be delivered by an erudite Professor, a Scholar of high repute that has distinguished herself in her chosen field, the former President of the Chemical Society of Nigeria, and a Professor with the University of Portharcourt, Professor Gloria Ukalina Obuzor.

The Special Guest of Honour is His Excellency Chief Willie Obiano, the Executive Governor of Anambra State.

Other guests of honour are Deputy Governor of Anambra State, Commissioner for Youth and Creative Economy, Commissioner for Science and Technology, Commissioner for Environment, Commissioner for Works, Commissioner for Housing, Anambra State as well as numerous Captains of Industries.

The Chief Host is Professor Charles Okechukwu Esimone, Vice Chancellor, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.

The Chairman of the occasion is Professor Luke Okechukwu Anike, former Vice Chancellor, ESUT.

The Host is Professor Josephat Okechukwu Ogbuagu, mni, Dean Faculty of Physical Sciences, Nnamdi Azikiwe University and former Provost, College of Education Technical, Umunze.
