Strike: You can’t put the nation on standstill because of your political interest, prophet Ikuru warns Ajaero

By Collins Nkwocha

The prophetic hall of fame, prophet Godwin Ikuru of Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry has accused the NLC president, Joe Ajaero of pursuing his political interest instead of fighting for the masses as he claims

Speaking to newsmen in Ikeja, Lagos, where he reacted to the ongoing nationwide strike which began yesterday, he described Labour’s 494k minimum wage demand as outrageous, ambiguous, inimical and unrealistic “with the demand of NLC, it’s very obvious for any sincere people to see that politics is involved in this, it’s no longer a genuine fight for the welfare of the people, it’s aimed at destabilising and crippling the government of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu”

He maintained that the government is ready for further dialogue with NLC to attain something positive and reach a compromise “Ajaero, be realistic with your demands, the government is ready to negotiate and dialogue with you, you must know that you have put Nigerians in pain because of your bizarre demands, there’s total blackout in the nation because of your selfish interest, you have invited hunger to several homes because of your actions”

Finally, he stated emphatically that the Bola Tinubu-led administration is better than the Buhari administration because it has given salary increments to #60k against #30k, under the Buhari administration.
