SOUTHERN NIGERIA PEOPLE’S MANDATE ( SNPM) CALLS ON PRESIDENT BOLA AHMED TINUBU TO STOP HARDSHIP GOING THROUGH BY SUFFERING MASSES WHO ARE STRUGGLING TO SURVIVE FOR THE PAST TWENTY SIX YEARS OF CIVIL RULE CREATED BY BAD GOVERNMENT BOTH PAST AND PRESENT,SNPM HEREBY DEMAND GOOD GOVERANCE TO ALLEVIATE SUFFERING GOING THROUGH NIGERIANS
Southern Nigeria People’s Mandate ( SNPM) an pan socio-political and grassroot based organization wishes to calls on President BOLA AHMED TINUBU, to stop increasing hardship that was created past and present government under his administration,since he assumed office in 29th MAY 2023, prices of goods and food are skyrocketing on daily basis,and TINUBU government is not paying any attention, to what the masses are going through, instead the government is busy creating more hardship, despite calls by Nigerians for government to better the livehood,by implement good policy and infrastructural development,Mr President igroned the cries of the citizens who are struggling to survive for the past twenty
Six years of civil rule, instead his focus is on 2027 election, while Nigerians are been killed daily by bokoharam,bandit, Fulani killersmen and other terrorists, while the rest are dying of hunger president BOLA AHMED TINUBU does not care,that is why People’s are wondering what is going on in this country, because of the way and manner our president is handling both economy and security of lives and property, everyday NIGERIANS are lamenting about skyrocketing of food and goods,as if it is not enough People’s are killed daily in hundreds, while others are kidnapped and the only action taken by government of BOLA AHMED TINUBU is condemnation,that is the end and the criminals continue to wax stronger, because Mr President who supposed to be protecting lives of the citizens is, preoccupied with 2027 election, that’s why farmers can no longer go to their farm because of bokoharam,bandit,Fulani killersmen and other terrorists groups that has held the country to ransom ,we are rasing this alarm because this administration has failed to fulfill his campaign promises of providing security and betterment of the citizens,
After three hours and twenty five minutes deliberation Southern Nigeria People’s Mandate offers the following advise to President BOLA AHMED TINUBU on the way forward
1,We calls on President BOLA AHMED TINUBU to to strengthen our local currency NAIRA by reducing ONE USA Dollar to Fifty Naira (#50)
2,we renew our calls on federal government to stop exporting raw crude oil,since NIGERIA has the largest refinery in the world, this government don’t have any reason to be importing refined products from outside,this shows that President BOLA AHMED TINUBU is not serious in his war against currpution, how can oil producing country like Nigeria cannot provide one hundred percent crude oil needed by our local refineries,the answer is simple, Cabals in the NNPCL and top officials in TINUBU government benefits from the corrupt system that is why President TINUBU has ignored all out advise to stop fuel importation
3,we once again calls on federal government to Mandate NIGERIA NATIONAL PETOLEUM COMPANY LIMITED ( NNPCL) to supply the local refineries the qunaity of crude oil needs daily and allow them to pay in Naira at the exchange rate of Fifty Naira (#50) to ONE USA DOLLAR
4,we condemn the recent statement made by president BOLA AHMED TINUBU throwing his support for State Police,we advise Mr President not to allow it,state governor’s will use it to fight their political oppounent,this is state governor’s who once told Nigerians that they can’t pay minimum wage, where are they going to get money to pay police,we stand by our demand that what state should do is to equip police and gives them modern equipment and accomdation, this will help alleviate crime to barest minimum
5,we once again demand that security votes been collected by state governor’s which is not accounted for must be abolished while every Kobo spend on security must be account for
6,we once again calls on National Assembly to make law that allows full local government autonomy, because state governor’s has refused to obey supreme Court order on local government autonomy and president BOLA AHMED TINUBU pretend as if he doesn’t know what is going on
7,we calls on state and local government to work together in establishing vigilant in all the local government because every crime is local that we are demanding for community policing community (CPC) that must train by police or military and the must collorabate with the NIGERIA POLICE as is been done in the southwest of the country
