The indices is a proof. Today, Anambra is the highest ranking state in the Ease of Doing Business in the South East and the seventh in Nigeria.
Governor Soludo has made substantial investments in infrastructure development to address the longstanding challenges faced by Anambra State. Recognizing the critical role of infrastructure in driving economic growth and improving living standards, Soludo’s administration has embarked on various projects to upgrade roads with over 350km of roads completed and over 500km awarded and or ongoing, bridges, and public utilities across the state.
Through strategic partnerships and effective resource management, Soludo has successfully completed several infrastructure projects, enhancing connectivity and accessibility for residents and businesses alike. From the construction of new roads to the rehabilitation of existing infrastructure, his administration has prioritized the needs of the people, laying the groundwork for sustainable development and prosperity.
Education is a cornerstone of Governor Soludo’s agenda for transformation in Anambra State. Understanding the pivotal role of education in unlocking the full potential of the state’s youth and driving socio-economic development, Soludo has implemented policies to strengthen the education sector and expand access to quality education for all.
His administration has embarked on initiatives to improve the quality of teaching and learning in schools, upgrade educational facilities, and enhance the capacity of teachers. It has employed 5000 teachers while the employment of three thousand more are ongoing. Already, the welfare of teachers are priortised while classrooms in the state are being transformed into digital classrooms. Additionally, Soludo has introduced innovative programs to promote technical and vocational education, equipping young people with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the modern economy.
Governor Soludo has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving healthcare delivery and social welfare services in Anambra State. Recognizing the importance of access to quality healthcare in safeguarding the well-being of the populace, Soludo’s administration has invested in upgrading healthcare facilities, expanding access to essential services, and strengthening the healthcare system.
