Soludo hails Cardinal Okpalaeke at 61
Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has extended his warmest greetings and congratulations to the Bishop of Ekwulobia Diocese, His Eminence Peter Cardinal Okpalaeke, on the special occasion of his 61st birthday.
