Shun asking for death of enemies – Nwokolo tells Christians
Bishop Owen Nwokolo of Diocese On the Niger has asked Christians never to ask for death of their perceived enemies.
Bishop Nwokolo said this penultimate Sunday at the Anglican Church of the Pentecost Oba Idemili South LGA, while inaugurating a new Parish and inducting Revd Ekene Osajie as Vicar of the Church Parish.
Nwokolo tasked Christians to emulate biblical Solomon and Nehemiah who asked rightly and wisely and were over blessed.
The Bishop paid glowing tribute to Oba people for working hard to earn yet additional parish to their existing nine parishes.
Dignitaries at the Service included Chancellor of Niger Sir Barr. Nnamdi Ibegbu, SAN and a media guru now a Senior citizen and pensioner, Barr. Chief Felix Uzor who hails from the new Parish.
