Russia expels UK diplomat over alleged espionage
Russia has ordered a British diplomat to leave the country within two weeks, accusing him of being an undercover intelligence officer.
The foreign ministry said it revoked the diplomat’s accreditation after summoning the UK charge d’affaires. Moscow warned of a “symmetrical response” if London retaliates.
