Remarks by President, CAJ and National President of NUJ at the opening of the 58th training course organized by UAJ in Cairo, Egypt on Saturday, April 20, 2024
Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is an honor to address you at the opening ceremony of the 58th training course organized by the Union of African Journalists (UAJ) in collaboration with The Supreme Council for Media Regulation in Cairo. This gathering of young journalists from across our continent signifies the vital role journalism plays in shaping our societies and promoting dialogue and understanding.
As President of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), I commend the efforts of the UAJ in providing this platform for capacity building and networking.
