The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has just postponed the case between RAP Party and Hope Uzodimma, the Executive Governor of Imo State on the ground that, he’s not the rightful candidate for All Progress Congress (APC). The Honourable Justice, Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High court Abuja postponed the case till tomorrow by 9am.

The Governorship candidate of RAP Party, Mr. Okereke had approached Federal High court Abuja, to seek for Judicial interpretation regards to if truly APC as a political Party Sponsored Hope Uzodinmma as their Candidate, during Last Year’s 2019 Imo State Governorship Election.

Remember during last year December, precisely 20th 2019, the Supreme Court gave judgement that All Progress Congress (APC) didn’t have candidate for Imo State Gubernatorial Election, 2019. According to report, All Progress Congress Candidate for imo state is supposed to be Mr. Uche Nwosu.

Meanwhile, Uche had a double candidacy of AA and APC, He was now disqualified, leaving APC without any Valid candidate for 2019 Gubernatorial Election in Imo state.
