PenCom Recovers Over ₦3bn From Pension Defaulters
The National Pension Commission (PenCom) has recovered over ₦3 billion from defaulting electricity sector employers and credited the funds to affected workers’ Retirement Savings Accounts.
The recovery was achieved through a joint enforcement drive with the ICPC against pension contribution violations.
