The Supreme Court on Thursday nullified the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) national convention held in Ibadan on November 15–16, 2025, which produced the Tanimu Turaki-led factional executives.

The ruling upheld earlier decisions of the Federal High Court and Court of Appeal, which had declared the convention unconstitutional and invalid.
