Onitsha South Stakeholders Forum Endorses Mayor Orji, Presents N6m for Nomination Forms

The Onitsha South Stakeholders Forum has endorsed the re-election bid of Mayor Hon. Chief Emeka Orji and presented a N6 million cheque for the purchase of interest and nomination forms.

The forum’s Chairman, Chief Linus Ezenkwu, presented the cheque to the Mayor at the Local Government Secretariat, citing his outstanding performance in the area.

According to Ezenkwu, the stakeholders are supporting Mayor Orji’s re-election bid because of his good job and commitment to the people of Onitsha South. He prayed for the Mayor’s good health to enable him to continue serving the people.

Ezenkwu highlighted the Mayor’s achievements, including the recovery of government lands from individuals and his promise to fulfill his campaign promises. He advised the Mayor to perform better in his second tenure than he did in his first term.

Other stakeholders, including former Ohaneze Ndigbo Anambra State Chapter Chairman, Chief Chukwuemekalum Udodeme, also endorsed Mayor Orji’s re-election bid, urging him to continue with his good job.

The Mayor was visibly moved by the gesture, thanking the stakeholders for their support and promising to achieve more in his second tenure.
