Obi Cubana: Pure Sacrifices and Consequences, against Judgement _ by: Chukwuebuka C. Oguocha

What many people take no interest in doing, as part of the needful key approach to initiate freedom from different forms of difficulties oppressing humanity, has been a selfless decision, and even major lifestyle committed to, by some meaningful individuals who found reasons to contribute in diverse capacities; to especially, the financial freedom of many people at their reach.

The usual maxim that _ “one good turn deserves another,” which literally means that, a person should do something nice for another who has done something nice for him or her, can not be overlooked, as different events had realistically brought this idea to a play.

It’s undoubtedly uneasy, for one to go out of his will, to devote his time, let go his hard earned possessions, and possibly, in some urgent cases, temporarily abandon his ongoing project to impact on another person(s), with the intention of bringing out the best in them, to become better people of positive influence.

Having in mind the aforementioned, as a form of “human capital investment,” however, can as well be perceived as a pure, and genuine sacrifice; since the idea of sacrifice, entails giving that which is valuable, to gain something of value.

Unfortunately, we live in a society where certain people of rash minds, act upon what they only see, and hear, not minding to dig into the unseen or underground events which begot what they see or hear; but rather, they fabricate with ease, ill and harmful assertions, unfit for a person with genuine positive intentions for humanity.

A perfect instance of this piece, is the case of a successful billionaire business mogul, Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as _ Obi Cubana, who different criticism was blindly matted on by berators, after his late mother’s funeral; which contrary to the negative influence some suggested it had on youths, was a blessing in disguise, this I will discuss in a different article.

The 46 year old business mogul, and founder of Cubana group, had been accused of initiating negativity in the course of his mother’s burial, as his billionaire friends, families, well-wishers, and other acquaintances who graced the event, sprayed enormous cash, with reckless abandon.

Note, there are results or manifestations of genuine sacrifices that can not be easily controlled due to it’s worth. Having said that; the overwhelming nature of events at Obi cubana’s mother’s funeral was the outcome of his sacrifices, which even the unscrupulous, ordinarily have no interest in.

Obi’s Unmentioned Sacrifices 

• In 2013, Obi pushed 53 uneducated Oba boys into learning different enterprise; in 2017 he withdrew them, and settled them with 3 million naira… he linked 40 of them into the importation business.

• In 2018, he took 100 educated men out of the streets, introduced them to white men.

• Just recently, after his mother’s funeral, Obi Cubana took up the responsibility to affect lives positively, by giving out millions to hundreds of youths.

To mention but a few, Obi Cubana has made lots of sacrifices and is still in the business of affecting lives positively, which is enough sacrifice to attract mind-blowing events, as numerous beneficiaries of his wealth volunteered their support bountifully. 

From the shared insight, criticizing the business mogul for hosting an event which probably played beyond his expectation; the outcome of his pure sacrifices could be considered an envious act by some irrational minds, who rather should have learned or aspire to take a cue from his pattern to excel.
