Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu all progressive congress (APC) Governorship candidate in the forthcoming November 8th governorship poll has promises that he will abolish multiple taxation on citizens of the state especially among low income earners like roadside hawkers, traders, keke and all kind of commercial bus, tipper, trailer and lorry drivers in addition reducing current IGR levies being collected by the present led APGA government in all markets in the state just as he assured that he will also pay stipends to unemployed youths, elderly, disabled etc ,create jobs and addresses insecurity within three months in office.
Disclosing these while speaking during a campaign tour at Ezechima primary school and central school playground all located at Onitsha North and south LGA respectively, Ukachukwu assured that his main mission he decided to contest was purely to contribute his quota to development of the state as well as to improve the welfare of the state citizens.
While emphasizing that he made himself available to provide best leadership and established quality infrastructures in the state, he promised that he will construct quality roads devoid of flooding which will be better than existing ones constructed by the incumbent administration, pursue establishment of quality health delivery programmeswhich will take care of all in the state as well as undertake an aggressive sports development programmes which will be geared to discovering of abundant hidden talents among youths in all parts of the state
speaking on job creation, industrialization, power generation and security maintenance, he said that as an industrialist that he is going to give industrialization and power generation a top priority for the state to attract several industrialists to come in to the state to invest to create more jobs for state unemployed.
On growing insecurity in the state, the APC candidate stated that if elected that he will make sure that the problem is completely stopped within his first month in the office stressing that security maintenance is the key for development of any society.
