Nnamdi Kanu’s case: For Nigeria’s peace,we need justice and Dialogue.By Ede Favour,Awka.

Nnamdi-Kanu

The issue of Nnamdi Kanu is no longer just about one man_ It is about al of us and the future of Nigeria.
Since 2021, Kanu has been in detention, and his trial has dragged on with delay after delay.
Many of us are asking,”Is this helping my country or making things worse?

Let me be honest, holding him this long without a clear, fair conclusion is creating more anger and pain especially in the southeast. Everytime there is a sit at home order, markets close, businesses suffer, and ordinary people pay the price, instead of healing wounds,we are deepening them.

We cannot build a peaceful and united Nigeria by ignoring feelings of injustice.
The courts must handle Kanu’s case fairly.
No more endless adjournments.
Justice needs to be done and clearly seen by everyone.

Many of the real issues we face in the country are poor roads, lack of jobs, poor security, and a feeling of being left out. Government must open dialogue with the southeast and show that every part of Nigeria matters equally.

We cannot keep using force in everything we do or making everything go their way all the time.
Dialogue, inclusion, fairness are the languages Nigeria needs to speak to awaken love, unity, co_operation,team work, fairness and justice in the country.

By so doing, everyone’s voices is heard loud and clear, every citizen’s interest will be represented in government, though everyone’s ideas, views, and opinions will not all be heard, but the government can not just take drastic actions without a fair hearing from the mouth of the person’s involved.

I think by implementing these in the Nigeria’s system,Nigeria will be a better place to live in.

This is not just about Nnamdi Kanu,it is about our unity, our peace, and our future.
Nigeria must choose the path of justice and Dialogue.
That is how we move forward together.
