NiMet Warns of Flood Risk in 27 States
NiMet has warned that heavy rainfall between July 1–10 may trigger flash floods across 27 states, including Lagos and Ogun.
It said already saturated soils heighten risks in low-lying and urban areas, with possible disruption to transport, power and agriculture.
The agency urged residents and emergency authorities to take precautionary measures.
