As the June 26 primary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) draws near, one of the beneficiaries of Senator Uche Ekwunife youth empowerment programme, Mr Chiaghana Princewill Chibuike has reached out to the delegates in his ward in Nibo to reel out his personal testimonies about the Senator.

At the meeting which held in his Uruana village, Nibo, the Federal Polytechnic Oko trained Public Administrator described the impact of Senator Ekwunife on his live and the lives of many other youths in the state as immeasurable. He narrated how his personal encounter with the youth friendly lawmaker lifted him from the shackles of unemployment.

The visibly emotional Chiaghana said that Ekwunife’s breed of politician is rare. He urged them to give the Senator the needed support and votes to ensure that she not only emerges as the party flag bearer but the governor come November 6, noting that the poor, vulnerable, less privileged and the forgotten will witness unprecedented impact with Ekwunife as governor.

The ward chairman, Samuel Ikechukwu Nnebe in his remarks thanked Mr Chiaghana for identifying with them. He expressed joy that a promising Nibo youth like him is a beneficiary of Ekwunife’s benevolence, and assured him that the ward delegates are very much committed to support an aspirant who will impact positively on the grassroots.
